Artwork Guidelines

Reviewing your artwork, to include spelling, is your responsibility! The file uploaded must be the size that you need to print and NOT mirrored. All backgrounds should be transparent (no color or white).

Our printing processes are printed using CMYK color mode. This helps optimize and standardize the printing, as most images that are RGB are only for digital products and NOT physical products.

Review your colors and submit using CYMK color mode. If images are submitted using RGB, it will be converted to CMYK and your image tones and colors may vary after printing. We will submit you an image mock for approval prior to printing, if color changes are significant.

Image quality matters to us and we want to be sure that your images are printed at the highest quality! For the sharpest finish, we highly and firmly recommend Vector files in PDF (preferred), SVG, or Ai.

As an alternative, for those who cannot or do not know how to vector, uploading a PNG will be required to be 300 dpi with a transparent background (best image format), but this will not guarantee a sharp image and smaller details may become pixelated during printing.

We ask that any other format not be submitted BUT recommend contacting us via email for our artwork team to reach out to you to help with your image! *artwork fees may apply.

We understand the want for fancy fonts but please be aware that some fonts used in your design may not be available. There are two alternatives that could produce the correct format for fonts. (1) Submit to us in a ZIP file with the TTF/OTF file type. (2) Convert all your text to curves or outlines.
